Joe Miller
Mr. Miller is the founder and managing principal of Atlantic Marina Holdings, LLC (“AMH”). Prior to the formation of AMH in 2003, Mr. Miller’s experience included serving as principal of Miller Development, LLC, which developed retail and mixed-use projects totaling over $180 million in value. Prior to the formation of Miller Development, Mr. Miller worked at Cousins Properties, a publicly traded REIT based in Atlanta, GA, and 1997 NAOIP National Developer of the Year, as well as Childress Klein Properties in Atlanta and Trammell Crow Company in Nashville, TN. Mr. Miller has a JD from the School of Law at the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Business from the Furqua School of Business at Duke University.
